With more than 40 years of experience racing regattas, Luis Soubié has represented Argentina in 15 World Cups in the Optimist, Cadet and Snipe classes, including the Pan American, South American and Snipe World Cup 2019. In the last 10 years he was 3 times "top five ”World Cup, 3 times Pan American or Odesur medalist, 9 times Argentine champion and 2 times South American Champion.
